You can easily place your order online or by calling our toll-free number at 1-800-547-2316. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover.  You may review the status of your order at any time by going to our order tracking service and entering your Order Tracking Number.  By ordering our films, you agree and understand that the films ordered are solely for your personal use and not for resale, rent or public viewing.

Shipping Information



We utilize the U.S. Postal Service as our default shipper.  You can estimate shipping easily by adding a product to your shopping cart, then returning by clicking the "Previous Page" link.  However, if you need a shipping method such as an Parcel Post for an APO, please email us and we will try to accommodate your wishes.  

Defective DVDs/VHS Tapes

We offer a full warranty against any and all manufacturer defects within 30 days of receipt. If the tape does not play properly after you have adjusted the tracking on your VCR, or if your DVD is damaged send an email to us at support@family-films.com and explain your difficulty.  We will either contact you to help you resolve the problem, or arrange for a warranty exchange.  Warranty replacements of DVDs or Tapes must be of the same title.  

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with a film after first viewing, you may exchange it within 30 days for any other film we offer. Return your film postage prepaid to PO Box 1727, Medford, OR 97501. Be sure to provide an explanation of your dissatisfaction and the name of the film you want in exchange.

Privacy Policy

Pacific International Enterprises will not release your name, address, phone number, email address, or any other information to any other party.  Your personal information is treated with the utmost privacy and shall be utilized only for fulfilling your order.  You may, at your option choose to receive emails and or mailings from PIE about special offers if you like.
